Has anyone experienced digestive issues when switching between various types of protein supplements? I am pre-op, been drinking Premier and enjoy it, but wanted to try something different today, so tried a JBN whey isolate and OMG! This concerns me now because what if post surgery I can't tolerate just regular whey - btw scheduled on 4/7

I have never had a problem with concentrate or isolate but prefer blends due to cost.

Don't stock up too much before surgery. In the first couple weeks after surgery, I did better with the isolate. I don't know why the non isolates seemed to hurt my chest. After a few weeks I able able to tolerate any of them. Oh I just realized your surgery was 2 days ago. Hope all went well.

Don't stock up because frankly your tastes may change. I really had a hard time getting any kind of shake down after surgery. I did much better with Unjury chicken and beef broth as well as Isopure Zero flavored protein water. The shakes were way too sweet and thick for me for the first few weeks.
