Hello, I've been using MFP for a while but just recently decided to try friends and now groups. I've found since joining the community I don't feel like I'm alone in my journey. I weighed 285, in 2008 and by 2010 weighed 145. Slowly I gained back up to 190. Now at 177 my goal is to get to about 125-135.

Just turned 32 and tired of telling myself I'll start tomorrow. If I don't over eat tomorrow then this will be my first week in a while that I don't go over my weekly limit.
