Saturday check in
1. Follow the workout schedule for DVD series 6/7
2. Check in everyday with the mini goals group 6/7
3. 10:30 bed time 4/7 - missed again but I did get to sleep in
4. 5 green days 5/5
5. Weekend goal - I'm here and I've been doing my logging today.

2. Check in everyday with the mini goals group 7/7 - Yay!
3. 10:30 bed time 5/7 - I will say this is easier to do when I have to get up and go to work in the morning.
4. 5 green days 6/5
5. Weekend goal - I feel like I had a good weekend. I logged my good, I checked in with you all to keep my motivation and inspiration going, and I did ok with food.
