Good morning everyone and Happy Easter to all those celebrating the holiday!!!
I managed to get myself sick yesterday! Woke up today with sinuses like Hulk.
Today is rest day, time to plan out the week and get myself healed.

Happy Easter!
After returning from my mini vacation, I am happy to say I stayed within my calories AND was still able to treat myself! I am really hoping to see a drop on the scale in the morning since I haven't weighed in several days. If not, no biggie, I'll just keep on plugging along.

Happy Easter everyone!! Had an off the rails weekend but tomorrow is back to work and back on track. Vacation is officially over, time to refocus.

The whole family went to a nice restaurant for brunch and then back to our house for birthday cake for my stepdaughter. Lots of yummy treats, 5 am workouts start again tomorrow. Lol

More than happy with my Easter eating – thought I was going to chow down, so I left myself 1419 calories remaining yesterday (that includes 499 extra calories from exercise).

Easter morning I hit the gym and burned another 253 calories so I could hit the buffet table with negative calories. As it turned out, I just wasn’t in the mood for most of the food. It all boiled down to – “do I REALLY want xyz? or would I rather leave those calories open for later in the day?”

I only made one (1) trip to the buffet table (except for an additional couple ounces of lean ham with all fat removed). I certainly didn’t eat the $25.00 pp cost.

Sadly, our grandson got sick last night and so not everyone was in attendance. Still, it was an awesome get together and I really think it is sweet of our daughter to pick up the tab for the entire family as "their treat" each year. Hope everyone had a great Easter / Passover / Sunday!
