Easter Slow Cooker Meal

Decided to have a slow cooker meal for our Easter dinner

Beef cubes marinaded overnight in teriyaki sauce and worcestershire sauce
Baby Carrots
1 x red onion chopped
1 large green pepper chopped
Large handful of green collards
3 sticks of celery chopped
2 Beef Maggi stock cubes
Half a can of chopped tomatoes

Put the carrots, onion, celery and pepper into the slow cooker. Add the beef on top. Make the stock with 1/4 cup of hot water and pour slowly over the beef and veg. Add the collards on top and add another 1/4 cup of hot water with some added salt and pepper over the cabbage.

Cook on high for 4 hours
Serve with white potatoes
