I took this past weekend off and completely lost my mind. I automatically revert back to my old self when I don't log. I was up 8.6 lbs. this morning, but I know a lot of it is water weight from all of the sodium. I enjoyed my weekend, but feel miserable this morning from all of the stuff I ate and drank. I actually couldn't wait to get back to logging today and can't wait to workout this afternoon/evening.

Anyway, thought I'd share some pics of how we celebrate Easter in southern Louisiana...

We boiled two sacks of crawfish...

A typical sack is approximately 35 lbs. of crawfish...

"Fixings" is what we call all the extra stuff we add to the boil. Potatoes, corn, carrots, mushrooms, smoked sausage, hot dogs, onions, lemons, garlic, etc.

Everything was awesome!!!

I'm from south LA also. My family boiled crawfish and crabs for Good Friday. I had a race the next day so I only ate a few unseasoned crawfish. :'(
    Your pics look very yummy.
