I think we need to go back to daily goals instead of weekly goals
*Drink water
*eat more than 6 veggies and fruits
*be happy

Im fine with doing both daily and weekly goals myself. Since some I feel I just repeat most days. I just posted my weekly goals which I want to do every day this week but I have some that apply only for that day.
Todays daily goals:
1. get to bed by 10 ( I went to bed way to late last night)
2. food shopping (not sure if I will actually go tonight since im not out of food yet but I want at least have a list ready for when I do)
3. clean the chinchilla cage

You are so right, often times we post the same thing every day so daily and weekly goals work well. The only thing I was thinking is that daily encourages folks to be more accountable for that day.
