I work full time, have a side business and 3 kids (two still at home, they are 9).
I'm doing super low carbs and going to try to get to the gym evenings for about a half hour or so on the treadmill. I need to come up with some easy to fit in core, ab and butt workouts to add to my limited time in the gym.

Anyone want to hold me accountable?
