I work full time, have a side business and 3 kids (two still at home, they are 9).
I'm doing super low carbs and going to try to get to the gym evenings for about a half hour or so on the treadmill. I need to come up with some easy to fit in core, ab and butt workouts to add to my limited time in the gym.
Anyone want to hold me accountable?

Hi! I'm 44 CW is 148 and my goal weight is 125 also! I'm 5'4" so we are pretty close!0
