Please feel free to tell me a little bit about yourself, and your thoughts on sugar below, and share ideas on planning how to avoid eating added sugar. I actually thought I'd try May too, because it gives me some time to "mentally" prepare for it, which I know seems ridiculous, but I really need to think it through ahead of time to gather ideas of what to eat instead of sweets, but also just to feel "ready". Also, what are the parameters? Like I think dairy has sugar, but something like unsweetened yogurt would be okay, but not sweetened yogurt? Then to add some fresh fruit to the unsweetened yogurt would be good. Some say sugar is sugar, but I know that I'd rather have some natural sugar and start with that.
