My goals for today
Drink plenty of water
Stay within my calories
Go for a run

*Mop the kitchen floor
*be mindful of my speed of eating
*meditate for at least 10 minutes0 -
My goals for today are:
1. Drink plenty of water
2. drink a little more water
3. exercise for at least 1 hour
4. Get 10000 steps in today
5. If I can get away early today I will do kick then Zumba, if not just Zumba.
6. Give thanks for the accomplishments so far and accept compliments without saying I have more to go.
7. Stop looking at my flaws, and rejoice in the positive changes I have made!

(1) Focus on and count my water again.
(2) Morning workout plus weights (the hard part of that is done).
(3) Pick up my first CSA delivery of the spring (yay!).
(4) Stay within calories.

Lots of celeriac, carrots, apples (probably wintered, that's how I got them in the spring last year), beans, chard, and other greens.0
