Good morning everyone. Hope all is well with you!

I have "ran" 105 flights of stairs up and another 105 down again! Well, I ran in the beginning. lol it was a great workout this morning.

    Took a rest yesterday, my legs were really sore, so I cleaned the house instead. Did a circuit this mornings, and tonight I might do a 30 min. circuit or if my legs aren't as sore I'm going to try and go for a run, since I missed out on yesterdays. Now that I think about it I could do a short run/walk (5-10mins) and then do my 30min circuit :D, yep that's probably what I'm going to do B).

    I felt sluggish today...
    I walked for 48 minutes but that was all.
