Hello my name is jomanda and I'm wondering if anyone know any shops that sell gluten free food and drink as I can't find any other places except Holland and Barrett

Where do you live? Just look around your local grocery store or ask if they have anything. I found new stuff on a regular basis at my grocery stores.0

Read the labels on all items, get familiar with the terms that mean 'gluten', then if something looks safe (no gluten ingredients) phone the 1-800 # for the company and ask them if the specific product is gluten free.0
