I am so proud because I accomplished my goals yesterday and Tuesday

*walk at lunch time
*be mindful of the speed at which I am eating
*make peace of mind my highest goal
*clean atleast 1 bathroom

    So the run didn't happen but the spreadsheet did! I forgot until I went to log my dinner. But its done and hopefully correct on the first try

    Todays goals
    1. walk 3 miles (rescue moved farther away so still getting into a new routine there)
    2. no easter candy
    3. get to bed by 10pm

    So yesterday I did good on calories and water. I didn't end up going for a run. My legs were sore from Tuesday's run.
    Today's goals include
    Go for a run( done)
    Watch calories
    Drink lots of water
    Finish getting all my steps. I didn't quite accomplish that on my run.
    Enjoy the sun even if I just eat lunch outside today.
