Hello. I just had my second child on April 1st. I don't plan to set a weight loss goal for another 5 weeks when I have my post partum check up. For now I plan to track my nutrition intake because I'm nursing. For nursing moms out there, how do you take calories burned from nursing into account? I didn't see it as an option in goal setting or exercise diary.
