hey! i'm from BC Canada, mid 30's. looking to get rid of this weight and lead a healthy lifestyle. my motivation and self discipline is lacking and really my biggest issue. Because i know what i need to do to lose the weight. just can't seem to stick to it, yet i want it so badly!
I have been on MFP a long time and have recently recommited to logging my food daily. thanks for your invitation to the group

Hi! I am a Canadian currently living in China! I will be 30 next year and hope to be in the best shape of my life! I was diagnosed with diabetes and a thyroid condition a few months ago so I find my motivation in that! I have about 50lbs left to lose and am trying to make it to 180 by August when we move back to Canada!

third Canadian on board, Toronto here..

31, mum of 2, been up and down the scale from 220 highest to 127 lowest over 10 years thanks to a lap band.

The lapband almost killed me Dec '13, and I had it removed 5d before christmas. I shot back up to 190 as of March '15.. I'm starting now hoping to get down to 140 when I felt best :)

Good luck ladies, and stay active over here!

Well I looks like I get to break the streak. I'm 31 from Arizona, I have 2 little boys that run around like crazy men and a wonderful wife that is also a wonderful cook. I've been active most of my life and I am currently at a very comfortable place weight wise. I have a few more pounds that need to come off and of course they are the hardest. I am here for friends that are starting, go through, or even thinking about losing weight so that we can help motivate each other.
