MORNING!!!!!

Bought a scale while I was at the store yesterday and weighed myself this morning, turns out I weigh less than I thought I did :blush:. Ran a full 30 min. yesterday, YAY!, running for 2 min. and speed walking for 1 min., and then rubbed my legs down in Mineral Ice so I wouldn't be too sore this morning lol. I'm just glad I got in a full a 30min., whether it was a full run or an interval walk/run, I'm proud that I was able to push myself to do it without pushing myself too hard.

Going to be climbing a tree this afternoon lol, my husband and I have resorted to desperate measures to get that turkey. We decided we're going to bring a climbing stand with us to roost our turkey tonight, so we'll be able to pinpoint him better. I hope it works, cause I'd love to have this old bird as my first kill (EVER!!!). That will be my exercise tonight, and I can't wait .

    Hi all,
I have not been posting while I have been on vacation but I have been following all of your successes.
Kris,I am so happy for your success/huge weight loss/new scale! How fun is that?
I spent seven days with my mother and then two days with my best friend. The time was mostly spent chatting and laughing and eating and yes drinking wine! So you may see that I have sustained a 3.4 pound weight gain. I am not happy with the setback but I would not change nine days of love and laughter for anything.
As of today I am back on plan and I hope to have more success as I go forward and not let myself become morose because of the vacation weight gain.
    Have a fabulous day everybody!

Susan, your vacation time sound wonderful! I am glad to enjoyed yourself!
Kris, so glad the scale was wrong in the right direction! So fantastic to find out your efforts were really paying off!

I have been doing well. I get to leave work early again today and go hiking. I have my backpack ready and can't wait! My veggies are doing well even through the cold spell we had last week. I just can't find enough time in the day to do all the things I would love to do.

Have a wonderful day and enjoy everything!
