How do you calculate calories for pumping milk? I'm also supplementing with formula as I never seem to have enough for DD.

I add 400 by using the exercise tab. I found that 70 min. of moderate walking is equal to about that many calories, so I just track that every day to add the calories.
I REALLY wish this site had a setting for nursing moms! 0
