Day 7: 80 squats!

Good morning ladies! Hope you all have a great Sunday. If you started this challenge with us on June third this is the end of week 1! Today 80 squats are called for.

My legs arent burning as much as they did the first couple of days. If you are feeling (or i suppose not feeling it) the same really dig deep today and earn your rest day tomorrow.

Congrats to all of you who are dedicated and really working hard. I appreciate all of you joining my group! I didnt expect so many!

I really love seeing everyone post and stay motivated!
