Good morning everyone!!!
It's a warm and sunny Spring day here and it makes me so exited for the warm season. Not having to bundle up with 10lb of clothes brings a big relief :)
My plans for today are to get groceries and plan our Easter celebrations :) ( I'm orthodox, and we celebrate our Easter by the old calendar).
Training wise, I'm on vacation until Monday.
On the NSV chapter, I'm happy to report I have some quad definition :)

    Got to the gym this morning and didn’t have my smartphone/music. I figured between that and the fact I am wearing a Holter monitor for 48 hrs – God was saying – take a rest day (only missed 1 day in a month).

    Our 5-yr old granddaughter should be here any minute. First sleepover with grandma & grandpa. She is awesome. One minute she is all princess the next minute her baseball glove is in hand. She is a blast to be with. :)

    danelutza19 - not so warm here today - enjoy your training vacation. Thanks again for your comment on the posting I made yesterday - i replied. :):)

    Good afternoon! It was gorgeous here yesterday but today a cold wind blew in suddenly and dropped the temps dramatically. Out to breakfast with my son and we are having supper out with friends and going to a concert. Today's calories will be over but I had a nice little workout this morning to help offset.

    Congrats on the quad definition Danelutza and have a great sleepover with your granddaughter NikonPal, I'm sure grandma & grandpa will spoil accordingly.

    Danelutza, have a great Easter! You have earned a break. :)

    Last week was very long and stressful. I didn't even have time to go to the gym and I was going crazy. This week I'm looking forward to get back to my routine. I don't usually go to the gym on Sunday but I might today after church.

    Goals for today:
    1. Get eating under control
    2. Make oatmeal and lunch for tomorrow
    3. Catch up on my bible reading.
