Hi everybody,
Today I did 30 minutes of strength: shoulders, triceps, chest, abs and quads.
I also found I meal plan I wan't to follow for this next week. Planning meals, cooking, kitchen stuff, really is my weak spot. I dont have that much trouble watching my calories but I'm not as good as I would like to be with what I eat. Anyway, I've chosen something simple so I know I will do it. I went to the grocery, I already made a soup and some pre-cooked chicken (and yes that, for me, is a lot! lol )
I don't have that much weight left to lose. About 12 pounds. But they are so hard to come off. I know I will get there though. For me the #1 key with wait lost is patience.

Hello all!
Been kind of a lazy day for me. (exercise wise). I worked until 6, then went to my sister in law's for dinner. Kind of messed up my day, but not too bad. Home now, it's late and I haven't exercised at all. Sleep or exercise? that is the question.
On a side note - I just hit 1 million steps on my tracker since Feb. Wow! that's a lot of steps.
