    For sure :)
Just be prepared to take it a little easy if needed. I was ridiculously sore after my first couple lifting sessions. Once I started in to my without though, I didn't notice anymore.

You also may be feeling better by tomorrow. DOMS usually peaks on day two.

As long as it doesn't feel like you've injured anything, then it is probably ok to lift tomorrow. Hopefully you will feel better by tomorrow after another night's rest. Light cardio, foam rolling, and lots of water might also help your recovery.

Thank you both so much! I'm glad to hear that bc I want to workout out but didn't want to hurt myself. Feels like DOMS and not injury

I went for a walk yesterday and did some running. I am SO sore today I can barely function. This after 6 months of lifting heavy. I do plan on doing 5x5 tomorrow, though!

Like the others said, unless it is an injury carry on. I've found that eating more and having more protein has helped to reduce soreness. Still a bit sore but bareable. Keep going I say!

Agreed with everyone. You need to push through some soreness or else you'll keep getting DOMS. Eventually you'll stop getting it as much or even at all. I'm sore from yard work but I plan to lift today. I am prepared to take it easy, though.

Thank you everyone! I was all geared up to workout but a cold/flu took over last night. So now I'm out for a couple days at least. Not happy about that!!
