I opened this account a while back and promptly forgot about it, but I'm back now. I have a lovely son 4.5 with moderate/ severe autism. He is non-verbal. I think we knew for a while but the diagnosis was still to much to handle. I got depressed and turned to food. A year later and a lot of changes have happened. I now see the wonderful boy he is and am giving up feeling sorry for myself and him. Lord knows it doesn't do lick of good.
I have fat. I'm just being honest here. I also have a wonderfully supportive husband who can eat like a 15 year old boy and not gain a pound. Watching him stuff bread rolls down his trap doesn't make for a good health buddy though. So if your interested please friend me.
Now I'm off to drag my butt up a big hill. ( my exercise routine)
