I have my goals set out further than just one day at a time. I need a longer plan so I can think more about things that I CAN do and figure out the best days to add them in. For me, if I wake up and think about daily goals for that day only, and post them, It's more of how I feel when I post them, not something that I've already committed to in my mind and have planned out much longer. For example, lots of days people wake up and don't feel as motivated as they usually can feel. I have days like this too. If I enter what I feel like doing for that day, it's not going to be much because I'm having, say, a sluggish morning. Therefore, I would then be committing to much less exercising and making healthy food choices for the day. I don't want to do this. It hurts me and keeps me from making progress and having successful days.

Weekly goals work better for me too.

Some folks like weekly goals and other folks, like me, like daily goals. That is why there is both a daily and weekly thread. Do what works for you, there is no pressure,

I find weekly goals work better for me too, as well as some general goals for the challenge as a whole.

Exactly  The option is there for everyone to pick. Don't feel obligated to post daily or weekly goals if you don't want to. Its completely up to you so pick what works for you. You can do one or the other or even both if you prefer.
