Today I celebrate...

So I have been way too focused on the scale lately. Like really badly obsessed and getting depressed when it doesn't move. I have decided to try something a little different.

I am going to try to come up with reasons to celebrate what I have accomplished and not focus on what I have left to do. I know we all have a lot of things that can be added to this list and I am just hoping to gain a little positive inspiration. Feel free to add your reasons to celebrate!

Today I celebrate that I was able to run 4.3 miles this morning:) Something I couldn't have done even 3 months ago.

I'm not in a very celebrate-y mood today as PMS has struck, despite being on hormonal medication that is supposed to limit it...but I guess that I will say...

Today I celebrate PMS because that means I did not have an accidental PG issue due to hormonal conflicts on medication last month...

    OR

Today I celebrate because tomorrow I have a physical therapy consult for a very complicated female muscular issue....

    OR

Today I celebrate because I woke up.

I too am to focused on the dumb metal box not moving the way I feel it should... Great idea Wendy!!!

OK: Today I celebrate that I have made good food choices, that I have gotten in my vitamins and water so far, that I looked up the values on my lunch leftovers from Bahama Breeze and decided not one item leftover is worth the calories for it (so I called home and had it thrown out), that I am working on my self-worth (big time thanks to Carly-hugs :) )

You're welcome, Cari. All I did was plant a seed. It was up to you to decide whether to water it and nurture it. LOL

And that is AMAZING to call home and have your leftovers thrown out, rather than be tempted later. I don't even know if I could do that. How awesome did you feel afterward??
