Hello !
Yesterday what was planned to be a walk was a 5km run + 4km rollerblade ! Plus a healthy snack outside. It was a great day.
Today I'm gonna do some strength !

Morning everyone,
I had a nice active weekend, but now I'm feeling a little under the weather today. My husband thought the pollen was making his allergies act up, well turns out it was sinus congestion and a sore throat, and now I have it too (Ain't it funny how that works out?). I'm going to take it easy until I get better, which will hopefully be soon.
Hope everyone else is having a better day than me.

So I just finished my 35 minutes of strength. Hard but very satisfiying!
Two sunny days in a row, a little 0.2 lost for this week ! I'm happy !
