Hi, My name is Kate and I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis late last year, so I am a newbie to finding exercise and diets that alleviate the symptoms of RA. I am currently taking Methotrexate (25mg per week). This is day one of moving forward in a positive manner. I intend to use walking as my daily exercise (to and from work daily - app. 5miles) and to be brave enough to venture into a Yoga studio to start Bikram yoga. I would love to hear about your experience of this condition, your tips and advice, and how you cope with dealing with this and weightloss. Feel free to friend me!

I am in the same boat. Just started Methotrexate and losing weight and getting healthy is my next goal. I just moved to a new area and know no one. I could use friends that understand.

I am Carolyn and I have been fighting RA for a few years now. I am just trying to keep moving so I stay out of a wheel chair. I have lost 10 pounds so far but still have a lot to go.
