I figure I really liked Wendy's idea yesterday to focus on non scale related items, so I figured we could start a post every day of NSV.

Today I celebrate that I logged every bite of food from yesterday. I've logged everything I brought with me for today. TOM came to visit me as soon as I got to work today, which explains the want for sugar and salt. I have NO MONEY with me to hit the vending machines so I am safe from chocolates and salty items. I am grateful that I have friends here who understand and accept my struggles.

What do you celebrate today??

I have found the no money thing to be very effective during cravings.

Today I celebrate going on my run even though my schedule was screwy and I had to go home and get my earbuds that I forgot. It would have been so much easier to say I will just count the hour I spent at the park with my nephew as my exercise for the day especially after driving back home. Not only did I do the run but I had my best pace yet! I also celebrate that I was able to keep up with a two year old running around a park for an hour.

I went back to the gym tonight for PT despite having had less than 4 hours sleep and a headache because I blew it off friday and sunday and knew I *had* to go today before it stopped being a habit

Should probably add that I have to celebrate somethig after eating mcdonalds for tea because I was so sleep deprived the thought of chicken and beans made me want to cry

Lise, you amaze me. You know what you need to do to keep going and keep the habits and you rock it. You Go Girl!!!

Yesterday, I celebrated that I went to my physical therapy consult, even though it resulted in back pain hell as I started the process to rebuild my pelvic floor muscles...
