Good morning everyone!!!

Today I celebrate that I noticed I am farther from the steering wheel and the seat belt fits better.

It's all about the little things, right??

Today I celebrate the fact that despite pain, I am functional enough to work today...

Today I have been back on track aside from one piece of chocolate. Which I had enough calories for and then some. If I can make myself go to PT tonight it will be a double celebration as its a group session so I am already working myself into a state about it

Awesome job guys! I just keep trying to remind myself that it is the little things and eventually they add up.

Today I celebrate that instead of putting it off until I can bribe a child to do it, I cleaned the vaulted ceiling and the huge ceiling fan in the kitchen. I used to be too big to feel comfortable climbing up on the ladder. The ceiling is wood slats so it collects a lot of dust and is a huge chore to clean. My balance is a lot better now than before.

I am really worried about the field trip I signed up to chaperon on Friday. Usually I meet the class at the place but this one is a bit farther and they need people to ride the school bus with the kids. Buses scare the crap out of me. I am afraid I won't fit down the aisle or in the seat or that I will squish some poor kid. Guess we will find out!

I was able to jog for a full 5 minutes on the treadmill this morning! I am not a runner and never have been so I feel like this is a HUGE accomplishment. Walked 16 min, ran 5, stationary bike 15

    So sore

That is a huge accomplishment! Sore means you are doing it right.
Do you do intervals or do you do all the running at once and all the walking at once?

I am not a runner either but my husband signed up for a relay team for a local marathon so he started running and I needed something to do when I couldn't bike so I started on the treadmill. I started a 5k training program a few weeks ago. My times and distances are still pretty miserable but considering I still have horrific flashbacks to high school running the mile for the pe testing every year I am doing ok.

I did 12 min walking at 2 up to 3.5mph then at 12 min. I bumped it to 4.8mph (very slow jog) and jogged solid for 5 minutes. Then walked for the last 3 at 3ish mph (can't remember).

I also enjoy my stationary bike so I was use to the 15 min on it. But the treadmill had me sweating so much more than usual! haha

Great job melissasue. I ran at PT tonight. Im about as fast as a tortoise wading through peanut butter but I did it. About 3x100m sprints (sprints being a relative term) as art of the exercise I was doing
