My goals are to get water in,
Add a power class and then to Group kick.

Yesterday's Goals
1) Exercise - epithelial machine in the morning & aerobics dance in the evening -
2) Drink 10/8oz of water -
3) Walk 10,000 or more steps - 10,239 steps (I walked 9 steps less yesterday than the previous day... will try for a few extra every day) -
4) Make menu for the week - doing it on a daily basis the night before -
