Hey Everyone,

I survived yesterday (surprisingly) and feeling a little bit better today. I still have icky green snot coming out of my nose (I know TMI :mask:) and a few body aches, but I'm back at work with my Alka-Seltzer and my Mucus Relief DM (YAY!) lol. I am determined to survive today and hopefully, depending on how I'm feeling, I'll get to go for a walk this afternoon. Probably just around the yard to get some fresh air and I'll try not to get tackled by Tyson lol, I love that dog.

Have a good day everyone.

Hope you totally recover quickly! lol that orange is soo funny!

Well it started snowing around 5 p.m. yesterday and still hasn't stopped. Kind of worry for the fruit trees, they were all budding. I only spent 45 min shoveling snow this morning. (that's all I could handle, it was so cold) Now at work and it is so quiet. All the smart people are safe at home staying warm (or shoveling snow). I have a few more taxes to do (love those last min people and mine is one of them).

oh, so I have added a new goal to my goals. To do a pull up. Doesn't sound like much but it is to me. I've been working on it for about a month now and I'm almost there! All the strength training I've been doing has helped.

    Have a great day!

Kris, I'm very glad you feel better !

Alisa, to me, a pull up sounds like a lot!! It actually is. Not a lot of women can do pull ups.
I am working on that goal to. I feel like I have to get stronger and lighter to do it but I'm not even close.
Let me know when you get there ! :D

Today, I did 35 minutes of aerobic and 45 minutes walk.
