Please Tell People About This Group

I hate the message boards because I am disgusted with how judgmental and mean people can be. Someone vulnerable enough to reach out for help and/or information gets insulted with sarcastic, unhelpful, responses. It's discouraging and disappointing, especially given how we all know that this journey towards health and fitness is not an easy one.
Which is why I'm going to ask and encourage you to please, if you see someone asking a 21 Day Fix/Extreme question, take a moment to either message them directly or leave a comment with a link to this group. Just today I saw the usual, "What do you do on day 22?" Seriously? So what do you do after you train for a marathon or race and you wake up the day after? Or what do you do when you take on a 30 day challenge? Or what do you do when you sign up for a boot camp or yoga retreat?
It's the sort of faulty logical argument that just annoys the hell out of me. What will we do on day 22? The same damn thing someone else does the morning after a race/competition/challenge, etc. We'll get up and make healthy choices for ourselves based on what we have learned and where we are physically.
Okay. I'm putting my soapbox away now. (Can you tell the pain medication is working? I'm able to be online at my laptop without discomfort.)

I was just thinking this - those are the same people who say that Beach Body "is a fad" and "doesn't work" because they gain weight back after, or don't lose a million pounds during. They just aren't ready. To a certain extent I'm not either!!! But what did I do on day 22? I started insanity0

@doodlebug32 What? You mean when you didn't immediately reach your goal you didn't give up? Wow!0

Argh, I saw that day 22 comment and was so annoyed. First of all it's a 21 day plan because it's a truism that it takes (on average, obviously) 21 days to set a new habit. That's all. No one doing it thinks it's magic and all you need is 21 days and then you can eat nonstop pizza. Secondly, there IS a maintenance plan, so there IS a plan for day 22 or whenever you finish. Ignorant! Ok I feel better0
