I don't know about anyone else, but I would like to see my progress each week, and I am exited to see everyone else's as well :) I thought that people could record their weight progress from when we started to the end.

    Lost 7.5lbs this week!! That seems like a bit too much but it's probably just my body adjusting to not eating crap every meal lol. Next week it's gonna be like .5lbs lol

    I weigh daily and after a stagnant first five days, 3lbs fell off in the last two this week! I've come to appreciate how significant a woman's monthly cycle is in weight and shape and cravings! All aspects have been heightened this week!

    Have still been working super hard but not quite blessed with the same rate of loss! I guess 1lb is ok, and it is still a loss.... I am always reassured by lower numbers though and it helps spur me on!

    Poppycoo, I am in your same boat. Not as much weight loss as I had hoped. I guess all I can do is be thankful that the number didn't go up!

    Realising I have to accept that 1lb per week is a reasonable loss, and that I'm in this for the long haul! Haha! It's my birthday tomorrow and have a weekend of fun ahead. My first challenge in not falling off the wagon too much!
