I have a few things I need/want to do today so Im hoping that posting them will make me want to accomplish them and not put them off. So far this week has been one of those I know I was busy and did a lot but if you asked me what I did I couldn't tell you kinds. This is just basic stuff that I shouldn't have to remind myself to do but right now seem to need to.
1. follow my preplanned meals (don't forget to eat and over eat later)
2. drink 8 glasses of water (I only realized last night at like 8pm when I grabbed a glass of water out of habit that I hadn't had anything to drink yesterday!)
3. Bed by 10pm no matter what (I was up till 1am this morning)
4. Relax and unwind with the pups at the rescue after work.0 -
Yesterday's Goals
1) Exercise - walked in the evening -
2) Drink 10/8oz of water -
3) Walk 10,000 or more steps - 10,635 -
4) Make menu for the week - doing it on a daily basis the night before -
5) Try and not let the little things bother me to much - smile @ work! -
Today's Goals
1) Exercise - walk at lunch & hit the gym in this evening
2) Drink 10/8oz of water
3) Walk 10,000 or more steps
4) Make menu for the week - doing it on a daily basis the night before
