I wasn't able to get my exercise in again. I have been fighting a bug. My carbs were slightly over too.

Im having a veggie juice for breakfast, and afternoon snack.
Trying to keep all my other main meals as organic and homemade as I can. I need texture on my plate.

17th: 94 red, so a Chevy (just made it though, another 6 cal and it would've been a definite RED) 11/16 - target 20)
@R_Queenie fabulous progress on hitting 7 days, it seems a few of us are having 'one of those' months. But we've had them before, survived and grown (hopefully in the right direction) from it!,

Hubby's car was in the shop for tires then a timing belt so lots of walking for me. He can take me to work in the morning, but I walked to the tire shop.one afternoon and home twice this week. I don't mind the walking as much as the $750 price tag....0 -
