    I wasn't able to get my exercise in again. I have been fighting a bug. My carbs were slightly over too.

    Im having a veggie juice for breakfast, and afternoon snack.
    Trying to keep all my other main meals as organic and homemade as I can. I need texture on my plate.

    No exercise again. I'm still trying to get better. I have a nasty cough. Poor me. The good news is my carb count was well under goal. :)

    17th: 94 red, so a Chevy (just made it though, another 6 cal and it would've been a definite RED) 11/16 - target 20)

    @R_Queenie fabulous progress on hitting 7 days, it seems a few of us are having 'one of those' months. But we've had them before, survived and grown (hopefully in the right direction) from it!,

    April 17 - Green - 19 minute run
    April 18 - green - 100 minutes lifting.

    15/20 total.

    Hubby's car was in the shop for tires then a timing belt so lots of walking for me. He can take me to work in the morning, but I walked to the tire shop.one afternoon and home twice this week. I don't mind the walking as much as the $750 price tag....

    I enjoyed a nice long walk yesterday, but I wasn't able to get any exercise in today. Tomorrow will definitely be an exercise day though.

    I'm still doing strength training. I didn't feel like doing anything today, but thankfully, I got it in. Also, I was under in my carbs again today.
