Hey,

In case no one noticed, IT'S FRIDAY!!!!! lol. I love Fridays.

Well I'm feeling a lot better today, plus I can actually talk today YAY! I still have a small cough and a little bit of sniffles but I feel good enough that I'm confident I could make it through a workout this afternoon. I'm going to attempt a light 15min. workout and depending on how I feel I might extend it to 30 or even 45 minutes, but we'll see. I have learned my lesson about missing days from work though lol, cause my office looks like a tornado ran through but I'm sorting through it slowly but surely. Can't wait for this day to end and the weekend to start :smiley:.

    Hello,

    So Kris you're back to your own self ! :D

    I just finished a 35 minutes strength training. I'm getting results lately, I work hard... I'm also tired! :p

    I find it hard sometimes to find the balance. I'm kind of pushing hard when I have energy and slowing down when I'm losing it. Well... maybe that is balance ;)

    I'm a little tired too. :smile: but it's a good thing to push yourself. I did more weight lifting this week than before and I feel it!

    16 min weight lifting
    76 min cardio (walk/run)
    gardening

    Only 5 lbs to my original goal weight
    plants are starting to flower (where are the bees :wink: )
    Almost did a pull up (probably all the extra lifting makes my arms tired. Maybe a rest and try fresh in a few days)
    Buckled down on logging food (no estimating)
    I feel great!
