Hey,
In case no one noticed, IT'S FRIDAY!!!!! lol. I love Fridays.
Well I'm feeling a lot better today, plus I can actually talk today YAY! I still have a small cough and a little bit of sniffles but I feel good enough that I'm confident I could make it through a workout this afternoon. I'm going to attempt a light 15min. workout and depending on how I feel I might extend it to 30 or even 45 minutes, but we'll see. I have learned my lesson about missing days from work though lol, cause my office looks like a tornado ran through but I'm sorting through it slowly but surely. Can't wait for this day to end and the weekend to start

So Kris you're back to your own self !
I just finished a 35 minutes strength training. I'm getting results lately, I work hard... I'm also tired!
I find it hard sometimes to find the balance. I'm kind of pushing hard when I have energy and slowing down when I'm losing it. Well... maybe that is balance

I'm a little tired too.
but it's a good thing to push yourself. I did more weight lifting this week than before and I feel it!
16 min weight lifting
76 min cardio (walk/run)
gardening
Only 5 lbs to my original goal weight
plants are starting to flower (where are the bees)
Almost did a pull up (probably all the extra lifting makes my arms tired. Maybe a rest and try fresh in a few days)
Buckled down on logging food (no estimating)
I feel great!
