Hello I'm new to this I have a son who is now 8 months old I've put on 3 stones with the baby and have now lost 1 but really struggling to lose the last 2 is there any new mum's in the bedfordshire area that would like to join me with this weight loss for summer it would be nice to have support and do this as a team really need help and motivation to stay on track
