I sync my mapmyfitness myfitnesspal AND my UP. It seems kinda crazy, but I think it gives me a much more accurate picture of what my day looks like. Adding mapmyfitness to your syncing habbits can be a great way to counteract any missed steps from pushing a stroller or even a missed workout from riding a bike.
