Today I celebrate the wonderful weather by biking 20 miles on single tracks....and not eating back all the calories I burned. Saving them for the inevitable pizza night this week!

Well done Wendy. Im counting this thread for 18th and 19th as Im guessing most of you dont do weekends.

Yesterday I celebrated being totally on track all day despite being at work and craving rubbish. Today I celebrate the fact I got the peanut M&Ms out of the cupboard and weighed out my 30g, which is NOT much, and put the rest away

Mostly im celebrating the fact that I finally got myself back on track properly, I was worried about where my head was at for a few weeks and now I feel like I am back in the groove. I have discovered a calorie and protein level that suits me so am gonna see the nutritionist thurday with good news hopefully

Good job on weighing out the serving and putting away the rest. That is not an easy thing to do.

4/19 Today I celebrate finishing a 5 mile run this morning. I thought I was going to die after about 4 miles but I fought through it and finished. That is my longest run so far.

This weekend I celebrated losing some of my water weight, even though eating Chinese buffet last night meant that some of it came right back. LOL

Also, this weekend, all the positive thoughts from all my friends and their NSV's carried me through...so I celebrate all of you my awesome MFP friends!
