Advice with Full on 3/1 and Tri on 5/3

Hey all,
I'm registered for The Woodlands Marathon March 1st (first full ever). Eight weeks after my full is the CB&I Tri (sprint). How should I approach the upcoming full training? My swimming is VERY weak, as in almost non-existent, so I really need to work on that.

    Do what I'm doing right now--I'm using my cross training days from my marathon training for swimming/biking. Then once you finish your marathon, you can use those eight weeks and do a sprint tri (swim-focused) training plan.
