Week 12 Challenge - Push-ups!!!

Wow, where is the time going? In just a few weeks we will be doing our final weigh-ins for this group!! To help us reach our goals this week we're concentrating on push-ups!!

Push-ups are one of the basic and most common exercises for the human body. Push ups are not only great for your chest, but do a tremendous job of defining your abs, triceps, shoulders and torso.

For this challenge we will concentrate on doing 350 push-ups for the week. Get creative, you don't have to stick to plain normal push ups. I've attached a couple of links below with push-up variations:

Everyday check back in and let us know how you went - how many push-ups you did, variations etc.

    50 push-ups done! And ugh...I forgot how much I hate these, haha

    Didn't do any yesterday and I've done 25 so far today (really hard going they are!!!) I should be back later to report all 50 done for Tuesday :)

    Any ideas for a challenge for this week? Is anyone up for a food challenge? Maybe cut back/off on a certain something that we know we shouldn't be eating?
