Good morning everyone! Today is the start of a new work day. More often than not a lot of you will be sitting and not doing a lot of activity for long periods of time. We are gonna try something a little different today!
Today's Challenge: Sneak in fitness exercises through out the day.
Take the long route to the fax machine, do lunges while waiting on the bathroom, stand while at the computer. Just sneak it in!

Going to do squats and lunges while working today with kiddos! They tend to copy what I'm doing too ;-)0

Did a bunch of stairs today. Will try to keep fitting it in for the remaining hours0

Just did a 1.3 minute jumping jack bit. Also, I get up and walk around the office suite here now and then.0

And just did 6 1/2 minutes of arm exercises with my 2lb weights (got 3lb weights at home, 2lb here in the office).0

Normally, i only walk on the treadmill, but today, i added 25 minutes on the incumbent bicycle...that's a start!0
