Hi All
I've been searching for something to help slow my weight gain. I had graves disease about 20 years ago and due to the treatment went hypothyroid. I didn't have a 'real' issue with weight until about 8 years ago when stress and menapause caused a 50 lb gain. I'm struggling!!
Does this diet work with people who are predisposed to hypothyroidism?
Thanks to all who answer!!!

It's supposed to help with a lot of different illnesses. You could give it a try for a month and see how it works for you.0

I have thyroid issues and did FMD for the full 28 days. My weight has slowly be going up no matter what I would do. This absolutely was one of the best things I did for myself. I actually lost weight! I am going through my second round. I would give it a try. I lost the first two weeks, gained a little the third week and lost again the fourth week. So if you do decide to do it, stick with it the whole 28 days.0
