    RIGHT?!?!?!?!

Today I celebrate having my "shark week" even though I'm on medication to prevent this, because it means that my body still has one over on me.... "No plan survives contact with the enemy" right? No matter how much we plan and scheme, life is what happens in between our plans... LOL

I will also celebrate having the "freedom" from my phone/home internet connection since my phone will be turned off soon due to not being able to pay the bill. While this sucks overall, knowing that at least for a short time, I don't have to figure out how to stretch my funds to pay a bill I can't pay...so that, at least, short term, is a small sigh of relief...

Um. I ate a big bar of chocolate for breakfast? Maybe not. Or how about its cheat day and I've accepted that gracefully with every intention of being back on plan in the morning.

That is a celebration - gracefully accepting it... But you don't have to make it a full cheat day. Just because you had chocolate for breakfast, your next bite of food can be ensuring you get decent nutrition for the day. I personally can't let any off-plan choice devolve into more than one bite/meal, or I'm on a slipperly slope.

I'm celebrating that you have far more willpower than me!

After a full-on cheat day, I wouldn't want to get back to normal...whatever that is...

I have found that even on cheat days I am still conscious of what I eat and don't go nearly as overboard as I once would have. I have also started making it so that I can fit little treats in whenever I want them so maybe that is why.

I am celebrating that even though my weight was up a little bit (ok so 4 lbs?!?!?) I didn't come unglued about it. I recorded it and went about my day. I know I didn't eat that many extra calories so it will go away as quickly as it came. I am also celebrating that I was told I keep getting skinnier every time the cashier at the grocery store sees me. :)

Yup. A bite of this, three bites of that. LOL Not a plate of this, three plates of that!!!

I love this - I keep telling myself that this 7 pounds I "gained" isn't 7 year pounds. 7 real pounds ago I couldn't wear these damned jeans, if not for all the other little things!

Great to see you accepting the little fluctuations (or bigger ones in our case). Kudos on the compliments, too!

McDonald's isn't the greatest, but it could ALWAYS be worse...

Hugs... Is Tuesday your day off or busiest day?

Under maintenance is always a win...

    Hugs, hugs, and more hugs!

I work 12 hour night shift on a monday night, I have to stay up to take the kids to school then get 3 or 4 hours sleep maybe and have to go pick them up again then take them to swimming club and by the time we get out its about 530 and they are starving so i take them for a mcdonalds as a treat and im so exhausted i have no real control i know that sounds like a lame *kitten* excuse. But I dont get home til 630 some evenings and have to be at PT for 8 so I tend to just eat a mcdonalds with the kids at 530 because im shattered hungry and out of time

Hey, no worries. You know that is your game plan, so just make the better choice. Nothing is perfect. And one day will not undo everything you fight for. Maybe that day make more compact snacks/food choices earlier to allow for the extra calories... Planning, woman. That's all - and a few days ahead, not during exhaustion. You'd end up with socks for lunch or something. LOL Sending HUGS!
