What other VSG WLS groups do you guys follow? Most helpful groups?

    The two most active at MFP that I have found are this one and Gastric ByPass/VSG/LapBand.

    Outside of MFP I belong to but don't spend much time at BariatricPal. I get what I need here at MFP. I also really enjoy the main forums here for non-WLS information and discussions.

    I also spend some time on Obesityhelp.com. I don't like it as well as I like these boards but there is some good info over there.
