Helpful tips for new members of mfp

In settings you can update your food diary to mirror your typical ns day. Add in your morning snack, afternoon snack, etc. You can even add information like smart carbs and power fuels. For example: Breakfast 1PF /2SC.

    Every time you post to your food log a message appears beneath your name. This post goes out to all of your friends. Your probably wondering how to shut-off some of those posts. Go into "settings" and tab down to "Automatic news update". Here you control what gets posted.. and what doesn't.
