Is there any one out there that works over nights (I'm talking 6pm to 6am) ?? I want to do the 21 day fix with out the suggested meal planning just sticking to the calorie counting. I'm down 20 lbs and did that with just a plan old Yoga DVD. Any suggestions on either topic would be appreciated.

i don't have experience with night shifts, but I'm not sure how that would affect your ability to do the 21 day fix or not? And as far as weight loss with the 21 day fix goes, i attribute it primarily to the nutrition plan. Just food for thought.0

@ween2414 I don't know if anyone works the third shift but the group is growing faster than I can keep up wiht so I'm sure if we don't have someone yet, we will before we know it!
Twenty pounds is wonderful. I love yoga.
As for doing 21 Day Fix without using the containers, you aren't the only person doing that. I don't see any reason not to try it without the containers if that's what you want to do. If you lose weight and inches, then great! If you do not lose weight/inches, then I'd encourage you to give the containers a try. They certainly can't hurt.0 -
Hi I just joined the group, and this thread called to me because I just started working the overnight shift about 2 weeks ago. Quite the adjustment! I am teaching students of all ages in Korea and Japan from America during the hours of about 9 PM to 10 AM in addition to teaching piano lessons during afternoon/evening hours. I did a couple rounds of 21 Day Fix last year and loved it. With this new work schedule, I'm still trying to figure out when to sleep, eat, etc. and I find that I'm hungry a LOT and don't have the energy I used to to exercise. So I'm going to start back on 21DF soon. I think it will be great because I won't necessarily eat 3 meals per day, but I'll just go to my set containers whenever hunger strikes :-D I'm going on a vacation to Florida to see my college friends May 1st-11th (while still working online) but as soon as I get back, I'm going to officially restart :-D In the meantime, I'll be going through recipes on Pinterest and getting myself organized, but I know I don't want to commit till I'm back from my vacation.0

I work 7p-7a. I am starting my first round of 21 day fix today. I am not sure how this is going to work but I am just gona take it day by day and figure out how to space my meals out so that I still have something to eat overnight.0

Hi Just saw your post keturaheaton. Hope your first couple days have gone well! I've been doing a lot better with the nighttime eating thing lately, now that my body is getting used to the work schedule. Making sure I eat a filling enough dinner helps hehe. Just a few weeks ago, I'd find myself snacking if I had a short break in my schedule, but now I'm trying to replace it with 10-minute YouTube walking videos and such to give myself that extra kick of energy. Last night I made a smoothie as my overnight "meal," but tonight, I haven't found myself heading to the kitchen (yet... 4AM currently.) Staying strong!0
