Week 10!

I have lost 12lbs! It doesn't seem a lot to some people but to me it's better than having lost nothing. I'm back to the weight i was when I was in high school. More people have been telling me I look different or I look better than I did a few months ago. I'm so happy & excited! My bf's birthday is July 6th & I can't wait to go to Atlantic City with him to celebrate.

The BBQ I went to was crazy. I over ate & drank. Grrr but it's only once a week. So I guess it's not that bad.

Garbage: Soda, Butter Croissants, Peanut Butter, Donuts, Ice Cream, & French Fries
Move: 3 Zumba classes, 1or 2 handball sessions, bike riding, & ab work out.
Inspiration: Fun activity exercise doesn't feel like gym exercise at all.
