Upper body arms and back was my focus tonight so at the gym I busted out my Pinterest board lol

I am very self conscious of my arms so I was very excited about this flab reducing workout. I used a small weight and felt the tension right off the bat. I will confess the high five workout made me feel very silly and I didn't feel like it was toning anything.
