Low Carb Day for me:

Breakfast: coffee, egg whites and fresh strawberries

Lunch (no snack because of later breakfast): large organic salad with 1 Tbsp creamy dressing, can of water packed tuna with 1 Tbsp. low fat mayo.

32 oz of water so far. Will update later!
