Have a standing class now in Cincinnati Mall!!
Every Friday at 6pm we've got INSANITY LIVE!!!!
It's only $5 for the class and you do NOT have to be a member of the gym Bee Fit Health Club (host gym) to participate!!
Hope to see everyone there!! It's 45 minutes of fat burning, sweat drenching action! Modifications for every move, so it's accessible to ANY fitness level!
